Children at the Church

For pre-school children
Parents are always welcome to bring their children to services and the Second Sunday Service is designed to be particularly family-friendly. On the first and third Sundays of the month there is a supervised crèche for the youngest children in the narthex (between the main door and the central part of the nave) within easy ear-shot of parents. Families are encouraged to bring their children up to the communion rail for a blessing.

The 'God Club'
For children from 5-9 years, 'God Club', our 'Tuesday Sunday School', is held at the back of the church from 3:15 to 4:30pm on most Tuesdays during term time. Stories, Craft, Music and Fun (plus drink and biscuits!). The narthex windows show the wonderful artwork that the children produce.

Monday Morning Mums
On Monday mornings from 10:15 till 12:00 a Mothers and Toddlers Group for children up to three years of age (with their carers) is held in the back of the church. This is an opportunity to meet and chat over a cup of coffee and a biscuit while the young ones play together with toys on soft mats.
